Hi Everyone,
I've almost been with CK 3 weeks. It has been great and all of you have been wonderful. The support and information has been great. Suggestions on some new foods to try have been helpful. Always looking for different stuff so I'm not eating the same things, get bored, then we know what happens, thoughts of REAL food and then binge eating. I have been lucky that I've been able to control over eating. I had one day since I started in March that was too much to handle and I ate a bag of the mini chips ahoy chocolate chip cookies. Thank goodness I got that out of my system. Not that issues don't happen everyday that we have to deal with and I have done a good job with not turning to food. Now I turn to CK. Thanks to all of you!
Well I had my weigh-in today and was 192.4. Lost 2.5 lbs. I'm so excited!!

I go to doctors in two weeks and hope to weigh 190. That would be 25 lbs since end of March. I hope this drop in weight helps me with not having to add 3 additional insulin shots before each mean. I currently take insulin before bed and meds. in the morning. I've been diabetic about 14 years and on insulin about 4 years.
I have even encouraged my husband with watching what he eats. He has lost about 10 lbs. I'm happy for him too and the support he gives me. Because of the results I've had, I have finally able to not pay attention when people around me say "is that all you are eating" or when I bring my measuring cups and measure food. I can get real close to the deck of cards for meat, but I'm not really a big meat eater. So yeah I carry measuring cups, oh well, whatever works, right!
Well, time for the treadmill. Since I worked last two days I haven't walk.

Debbie - Way to go! A 25 lb weight loss since March is significant and the doctors will be so impressed with your progress! Keep up the good work!
