I'm hanging in there but it has been tough.
To shake this I have lowered my calories to 1200 from 1300, also I am only entering half of my exercise calories and finally I am not eating after dinner. So there!!
Let's see what happens.

I love trhe 5K walks. I just completed one on November 13th. It was held at the Universal Studios back lot. What fun! It was a walk for StepOut to fight diabetes. My team and I had a great time.

Oh Debbie!! I'm SO glad to know that I'm not the only one who's stuck at a plateau right now! I've also been stuck for about a month. We WILL get through this. The scale will move downward again soon...we just have to keep doing all the good things we've learned here and keep coming to the forums and blogs for support and encouragement.
