1st Blog joining CK (again)

I joined CK (again) this month. I was up for renewal in June and thought I could do it on my own. I think in the back of my head I knew CK was there for me. When i didn't renew my membership I think I lost something inside me and needed that suppport. Was not ready to spread my wings and fly on my own.I had gained 6 lbs over the summer. I watched my grandson this summer and he ate constantly and my walking stopped. I was just tired! He starts school in two weeks so I can get back...
