Okay, today began day one of the new year for me. I am now going to formally post my goals for this year:
1. To maintain my quit and stay smoke free during 2006. While doing this, I will celebrate my anniversaries until my one year mark.
2. I will lose my quit smoking pounds. I will accomplish this by eating healthy, exercising, and consistently record my calories.
3. I will become more organized and maintain this organization as much as possible. This will allow me to maintain the family schedule while my husband is out to sea.
I am looking at 2006 as a year of transformation. This Christmas and New Year were my first smoke free in eleven years. I want to become known for being attractive, healthy, and organized. That is after being known for being a wonderful wife and mother, of course..
