A.M.
Well, I made goal today. 144.6lbs means the first ten pounds are gone. Now my next goal is 135. I am excited and scared I'll somehow screw it up today. My workout is already done today and Storm has an appointment. Hopefully I'll be able to get some kind of a nap in. This pay period is going slow and I'm limited in the foods I can eat right now because of it. Just one more week to go.

Oh yeah alternative measurements: (I take these as secondary measurements, primary measurements are what's in CK diary.)

This week:
Chest: 34
Waist: 29.5
Hips: 37.5
Thigh: 22.25

P.M.
I am very, very tired. Need to work on my food plan for the rest of the week. Today i cam in way under net cals and that isn't really good. I was only about 100 short I think on food cals w/o exercise. Too tired to focus on it now though. Need to get to bed so I can get up and do my workout in the morning. Then volunteer and take Skye to the dentist. Fun, fun.
