A.M.
Got up with hubby this morning. I did my workout while he got ready for work. Did a pretty low key w/o this AM. Didn't mean for it to be that way, but hadn't done the video in a long time. Will have to do a more intense workout tomorrow morning. Need to get things ready for tomorrow. Lots of errands to run tomorrow morning and afternoon. It's probably going to be a semi-late night tonight.
Man are my carbs high right now. This seems to happen with I have the Fiber One in the morning. Maybe I need to cut that down to 1/2 serving and have some eggs or something with it. I like the cereal though and it definitely helps me make my fiber quota.

Time for bed. Chad is gone now, sigh. The bills are paid, kids signed up for swim lessons, and life just generally going to be hectic the rest of this week. Friday night will be dinner at my parents, I'm cooking. Storm has a swim meet on Sunday. So much to do and so little time. There is only so much I can do by myself and we are at a point that doesn't allow a lot of reliance on hubby. Not his fault though. Next week swim lessons start up, we'll see if I'll be able to keep my early workout sessions going. Sleep and coherence must come before all else. I can't let my girls down or get lazy because I'm trying to do too much.
Tomorrow I must:
1. Arrange Summer's B-Day party at Joann's
2. Make a meal plan for the rest of the week
3. Shop Mervyn's clearance
4. Go to Costco
5. Get kids to Tae Kwon Do and Swim
Hmmmmm, guess I better get my butt to bed. No grumpy bear mom in the morning.
