I didn't get up in time to exercise this morning. So I have to try to fit in somewhere during the day now. Not sure when I'll be able to do it. I think I'll try to go to the commissary after the girls get out of school. Then McDonalds for dinner tonight. I guess I'll do a quick cardio after swim pick up is done. That way I can do a longer workout tomorrow morning at the gym. I need to pay the gym a visit. It's been like a week or two since I've been able to make it over there. ...

Well, I made goal today. 144.6lbs means the first ten pounds are gone. Now my next goal is 135. I am excited and scared I'll somehow screw it up today. My workout is already done today and Storm has an appointment. Hopefully I'll be able to get some kind of a nap in. This pay period is going slow and I'm limited in the foods I can eat right now because of it. Just one more week to go.

Well Chad is unavailable right now. So I'm flying solo with kids! Today I have a coffee date at McDonald's and have already journaled a yogurt parfait for a snack while there. My work out is done already and the whole day is still ahead. I may take a nap so I'm not too cranky tonight.

Got my workout in this morning, but didn't get up early. Oh well, tomorrow I definitely have to get up early. Chad won't be here and I have a coffee date at McDonalds with the FSG president. So I have to be up at 4:45 if I want to get a workout in. Going to shower and snack. Then get some cleaning done, pick up Autumn. She is taking a nap today. She has been weepy this weekend. I feel like my 5 year old is going through the terrible twos!
Getting ready to be solo this week. Chad has duty and then he unavailable for a littl bit. Today has gone pretty well. Had two beers lastnight and I feel bloated from it today, but not too bad. Found some whole wheat, low carb tortillas today. Had one with lunch and one with dinner. They each have 8g of fiber. Yippee!! The combination has left me feeling full from lunch and dinner.
