Okay, I was bad today. I had girl scout cookies and carrot cake. I don't know what is wrong with me. Oh well. I need to get through this day, because tomorrow is another day. I need to get up and do my workout first thing in the morning tomorrow. I seemed to do so much better with that schedule.
On a happier note, I have changed my weigh ins to Fridays. I've done this to help me get though the weekends. I also don't usually have much scheduled on Friday morning so I can take my time with measurements.
I went clothes shopping today and I was firmly back into an 8! I am so excited. I'm not sure how that happended, but an 8 is an 8 and I am stoked beyond belief. So now it's off to make dinner, turkey chili, and then get a light workout done. I am going to be over my calories today, but I really want to refocus myself on my lifestyle and eatling habits.
