A.M.
Today I'm going to go run the treadmill. I plan to do a half hour at 5.5. Then I will do another 15 minutes on a different elliptical machine. I need to get a little more consistent with making it to the gym. The only bummer is I can't get up early to do it because of the kids. So I'll try to do one or two week days with a weekend day somewhere. That makes 2-3 times/week. The rest will have to be step aerobics, aerotone, or Taebo. Breakfast was good this morning, I love oranges but only had half of one.
Didn't make it to the gym!. Storm has an upset stomach and feels like she's going to throw up. This means no gym for mom and probably no going anywhere today. I can't drag a kids with the stomach bug anywhere. Bummer. So i did a Firm workout today and the gym will have to wait until Friday.

This evening went well. I'm within my calories and have 3 green checks today. Yippee for me. Now I'm going to go to bed so i can wake up early tomorrow and get my workout in before I go to McDonalds for coffee. This way I won't over eat.
