Apparently I like to set myself up for failure. I did not wake up early to get my workout done. I had a hard time going back to sleep lastnight after a phone call. It wasn't Michelle's fault, I just have difficulties sleeping when exhausted. Why is that? Why do I have a hard time sleeping when my body screams for it? Maybe it's just the cycle of getting older. Anyways, I did get enough sleep though. Good decision to not get up before 5. Today is coffee with the ship Family Support Group. I'll get my workout in after I pick up Autumn from school this afternoon.

So I'm sitting here waiting to see if my hubby is going to make it home before we leave for swim lessons. My next door neighbor is sick, poor thing. Hopefully she'll be feeling better soon! The FSG meeting went well and got some things planned out for the spring party for the kids. It should be fun and I'll be keeping myself busy the next couple of weeks. I need to make sure I don't overload myself. It's not a good place when I get there and hubby isn't home. I did get my workout in today and I really put some serious effort into it today. I was shaky when I was done. It felt good, now I just need to ward off the munchy monster till dinner time. Late dinner tonight because of swim!
