A.M.
Didn't get my workout in this morning. What is it about my alarm clock going off before 5A.M. that my body doesn't like. If the alarm goes off at 5 or a little after 5 I can get up with no problem. The only thing is if I want to exercise, I need to get moving at 5 and not after. Sucks. Anyways getting ready to go for coffee for the ships family support group.. should be fun and gets me out of the houe for a little bit. Will do my workout this afternoon after the kids come home....

A.M.
Today I'm going to go run the treadmill. I plan to do a half hour at 5.5. Then I will do another 15 minutes on a different elliptical machine. I need to get a little more consistent with making it to the gym. The only bummer is I can't get up early to do it because of the kids. So I'll try to do one or two week days with a weekend day somewhere. That makes 2-3 times/week. The rest will have to be step aerobics, aerotone, or Taebo. Breakfast was good this morning, I love oranges ...

A.M.-P.M.
Okay, I was bad today. I had girl scout cookies and carrot cake. I don't know what is wrong with me. Oh well. I need to get through this day, because tomorrow is another day. I need to get up and do my workout first thing in the morning tomorrow. I seemed to do so much better with that schedule.

On a happier note, I have changed my weigh ins to Fridays. I've done this to help me get though the weekends. I also don't usually have much scheduled on Friday morning so I ca...

Today is a good day. Skye has a birthday party to go to and I'm going grocery shopping with my mom today. We had margaritas the last two nights and watched TV. Need to get moving today. We also got our Girl Scout cookies yesterday. Yummy! However, the Thin Mints aren't what I remember them being. Oh well. I'm going to do my workout today and then grocery shopping.

P.M.
Today I volunteer at school again. I am in Autumn's class, it goes by fast. Then we'll come home and get some chores done, get big sisters, do workout, off the swim, then home for dinner. We're having crockpot chicken for dinner tonight with some steamed veggies and rice. Changed up breakfast a little today. Feel like I"m in a little bit of a rut right now regarding weight loss. Going to try to mix things up a little in the next few days to rejump my metabolism.
