A.M.
I had a hard time sleeping lastnight. I eventually found myself eating two bowls of granola cereal in the middle of the night. I was starving. I'm not talking bored, need to eat, but really tummy growling discomfort starving. I needed to eat! Otherwise I was not going to get any sleep. It sucks though because I logged the calories for today and I have to be very careful and get my exercise in today, which I was planning on taking off, to make my net calories! So I guess it will be an hours worth of step aerobics for when I get home. Then lean cuisine for dinner and maybe lunch too. We'll just have to see how the day progresses, Plus today is weigh in day and I have to wait to get home for a scale and to take my measurements. Not great timing though, because TOM, which didn't start, is bloating me and making me retain water right now. Oh well.

P.M.
Didn't eat lunch and had a salad for dinner. Would of done well except for the m&ms and brownies. Man TOM needs to come and go already. Hopefully I will get a good night sleep and be reset for tomorrow. I want to make 140 by the end of this month. Statistically this is very doable, however my body doesn't like statistics.
