So I stepped on the scale this morning and it read 142.4. It went down, yippeee! Today is chaperone for field trip day and then get familiar with hubby again day. It's going to be a long day. Throat is a little sore and nose a little stopped up. Head cold coming? I hope not, tomorrow is volunteer day and Chad has duty so I can't run today or tomorrow but Friday and Saturday are run days. Have to pack a lunch today. My fat for today looks a little high, but I shouldn't get hungry while I'm out and about.
