Today will have a mid-day run. Running errands this morning. Tonight is McDonalds with hubby and kids and maybe SuperWal-Mart for some things we need. Busy day with lots of running around.

Okay, today is going to be busy again too. Volunteer in the classroom and orthodontic apt. I am going to try to use the Bangor gym again this eveing. We'll see if Chad is up to watching the kids tonight. He's coming off duty today so he'll be tired. We'll have to see. Tomorrow night I'm going to get to go outside to run. Looking forward to it. I'm not liking the treadmill very much anymore. I did possibly score two free stat bikes off freecycle.com. If I get them I keeping one...

Okay spent a very large portion of my morning at McDonald in a FSG meeting. All told I think McDonalds made like six dollars off me. That was for coffee, parfait and kids meal for the little one when school got out. I then had just enought time to do my workout when I got home, eat my lunch, pick kids up, and then off to hospital to get third daughter her shots. No school for my little one today. Will be focusing the whole day on the house with a work out this evening when I take the girls to the gym. I get to play with the cardio equipment at the sub base again. No running though. Today is all low-impact on the knees.

Today is non-impact day. TM, and elliptical. Tomorrow will be a Firmie day. Need to keep the weights in the mix somewhere. Keeps my leg muscles strong. House cleaning needs to be done. Hopefully all kids are feeling okay today.

Frustrating to hear of all these people who quit smoking and didn't gain weight. Well...good for them. I could only handle the quit at the time. Focusing on anything else would of really pushed me. Anyways the end result is the same. The ...
