A.M.M.M. Challenge: 13/27
I am feeling lonely this morning. i want my hubby home or at least my neighbor home! Chad made it all through yesterday without smoking. Good for him. Now he's just got to get through today. Need to think of a reward for him if he can quit! Today is TM at the gym. TOM arrived and i usually exercise at home because of heavy flow, but no TM tomorrow and 2 mile base run Friday. So today is the day for TM. Lucky me.

A.M.Today is a Firm workout. I'll get it done while the girls are at school. I needed my sleep this morning and today is a long day. Storm has swim practice. Slept the whole night through! I need to not argue with my hubby via e-mail. I got a one liner from him in response to last nights e-mail. It was a "of course your always right" line. I love him. I just get irritated. A.M.Provided no one wakes up and declares themselves sick, today is a TM day! I survived yesterday, no exercise day, and it's back in the saddle today. I didn't too bad yesterday either. My body is frustrating me though. I keep waiting for TOM and it just won't start! I'm going to have to see the DR about this again. Very frustrating since the spotting has slowed down which usually means TOM should be here. I'm scared I'll start while I'm running on the TM and not know it, looking li...

A.M.Up for Chruch this morning. Made a coffee cake and happy to find out it isn't high in calories or fat, I can have some. Today is a day off from working out so I need to watch what I eat carefully today. After chuch I'm going to do the floors downstairs and then laundry and that is it. We'll have turkey chili for dinner tonight and some cornbread.

A.M.I feel so much better today. I got a call from Chad lastnight and got the price research done for the ship's family support group. I slept the whole night w/o eating. I woke up once due to my cell phone ringing, but no eating or chocolate. Thank You Lord! Today is a big breakfast, light lunch, and we'll see what's for dinner. Not sure if a work out is going to happen or not. May chang my day off to today instead of tmorrow.
