I had a hard time sleeping lastnight. I eventually found myself eating two bowls of granola cereal in the middle of the night. I was starving. I'm not talking bored, need to eat, but really tummy growling discomfort starving. I needed to eat! Otherwise I was not going to get any sleep. I do believe TOM has arrived. Bummer. I don't know if I'll be working out today or not. Maybe I'll squeeze in step aerobics after I get home and then run on the TM tomorrow morning. My mom will be able to watch the kids for me. It will be nice, Bangor has all new cardio equipment. I salivate every time I see them, but I've never been able to use them because I always have the kids with me. Just need to get through the next couple of days and hopefully my unending desire for choco...

Darn it. Michelle just brought the keys over, so I'm really solo now. At least my parents live here now. But boy is adult conversation going to be cut down now. Today is TM day. It is so cold outside this morning, I don't know how people can run out there. We're supposed to have rain mixed with snow tonight. Brrrr. Today is a pretty simple day.

Harball's Ab/Crunch Challenge: 11,300/10,000
Well Chad is gone now and I'm flying solo for a little bit. Didn't sleep well lastnight, so I didn't get my workout in this morning. That means I'm going to have to cram it in somewhere during the day. Maybe if no one else shows up for the FSG meeting, I'll be able to come home and do my workout. I'll be a little irked if no one shows though. We'll have to see how today plays out.

Today is going to be a little high in fat. I'm okay with that. I'm making Chad broccoli wreath for lunch and it is a little high on the fat/cal side. I will definitely need to get a work out in at some point today. Probably just a half hour step w/o. Didn't get up this morning, obviously or I wouldn't be worrying about this. Happy 13 years to us!
