Church this morning, then lunch, chores, workout, dinner, chores, and finally bed. Chad has duty today, so no hubby to help out. Going to try to take it a little easy. Yesterday turned out to be my exercise day off. So I have to adjust my schedule. Tomorrow is our 13 years anniversary and I don't know if I'm going to workout or not, becaue hubby will be home all day tomorrow. We'll have to see how it goes.

We had an awesome breakfast today, but too many margarita's lastnight. Today is a swim meet for our oldest daughter and then dinner at Sharis. I think I'll have soup and salad for dinner tonight. Somethin lite and easy to log. The food there are so high cal and high fat that choosing from the menu is hard, but kids eat free and get decent sized portions.

Today is going to be a little different. I'm going to an award ceremony for my kids and then I am going to do housework and then run. I have to wait for my husband to come home before I can run on the TM. Hopefully this will work, because I gotta be dressed to go as soon as he walks in the door. We'll see. I also need to cut down on all these morning activities so I can get my workouts in w/o problems. My weigh in was okay, I lost a little in my measurements and did not gain and o...

Summer was complaining she didn't feel well lastnight when she went to bed. So she may be staying home today. We'll have to see what is going to happen. I over ate lastnight. The chicken teriyaki was awesome, but it's also a food we can only have on rare occassion because I"ll over eat. Not going to freak out though. I ate it, enjoyed it, now I'll move on.

Today I spend part of my day on hubby's ship selling personal pan pizzas. I was going to have one for lunch but they are a little over 600 cal/pizza. Not worth it in my book. Now I'm going in with this though process, but will I be able to maintain it. Especially when I start getting hungry. I don't know. I'm going to bring some snacks to stash in my pockets while I"m there. We'll see how it goes. Now it's off to the showers for me. Got my work out in the AM, got up early
