Spring break for the kiddies this week. Should make things a little more intersting. Michelle is bringing her kids over for a little bit so she can go to a DR apt. Will do a 5K run this evening when Chad gets home. Need to figure out what to have for dinner that won't kill me.

Well the run did not happen. Hubby switched out for duty tonight so he could be home tomorrow night. It was a wonderful thought. I love that man. I did step aerobics tonight along with a Cathe lower body sculpt. I'm crying mercy in advanced to waking up tomorrow. I can already feel the tightness in my hamstrings and butt. Hopefully I'll be able to run tomorrow. The good thing about this workout though was that it was done with resistance band and 3lbs dumbells. Yet I hurt. My Firm workouts are done with 10lbs dumbells and I don't feel this way afterwards. We'll see tomorrow!
