View XSMOKER's food & exercise for this day
I'm going to try to get a work out in at the hospital gym today. I'm hoping to walk the TM and then spend some time on the ECT. Low impact for my knees. I'm tempted to do step aerobics, but that's pretty rough on my knees too. I also have to make appropriate plans to do my running the morning. With hubby gone, I won't have weekends for my long runs, so I am going to have to adjust my schedule.

Well the work out did not get done. We got back from my moms house later than planned. Oh well! I'll have to make up for it at some point this week. I've decided eating at my parents house does not seem to be beneficial to my eating plan. I had way too much sodium and fat today. I think for now on I'm going to swear off stuffing. It just isn't good for you. High in fat and sodium...blah. So I am making a commitment for tomorrow.
1. Run 3-4 miles
2. Eat no more 1400 calories - This will probably get me below net
3. Stay away from chocolate
