Today is FSG meeting, running errands and buying a new MP3 player. Mine died in my bra yesterday. They are not sweat proof unfortunately! Today's workout should be a Firm workout or maybe Cathe, we'll see. I need to get some weights in today if possible. My little one has a cough, we'll see how that impacts my day.

It was a very, very long and cranky day. I was an hour early for the FSG meeting. I didn't get the e-mail with the time change! I'm on my period and crabby. Not a good combination so I didn't contribute much today. Oh well. At least I showed up! I think I'm going to have to move the half-marathon up. Kind of bummed about that, but happy too. Hubby will be home for the new date so he'll get to see me run it. Yippee! I don't like doing my work outs at night, leaves me a little wired and I don't feel like I give total effort because I'm tired already. I'm definitely an exercise in the morning kind of girl.
