Goals for today:
1. One cupcake only

2. No work out

3. Keep gross under 1300
A.M.
Today is Skye's B-Day. I will be having a cupcake with her to celebrate. Then we will distribute the rest of the cupcake throughout the neighborhood kids! I'm also having Denny's for breakfast. Hopefully I will be able to keep myself under 1300 cals with these two things in my food plan today. We'll see...no exercise today. Long run tomorrow. Not feeling crabby this morning.

I've been dong some thinking. Why am I doing this? What is ultimately my goal? Is it a specific weight? A specific look? I'm not sure at this moment.
What I do know I want to achieve is...
1. Run a half-marathon this year
2. Fit into a size 6 again
3. Look and be athletic
I want to be in the 120s again, but I'm not so hung up on it anymore. What I really want is to be athletic. To say I want to do something and have people think I can do it by looking at me. Does that make any sense? Ultimately I think I can achieve all this while working toward 120 lbs, but I think I can gain those three goals w/o hitting 120 as well. We'll have to see.
Things to work on....
1. Controlling my chocolate cravings - Huge trigger food for me
2. Logging, logging, loggin, even if I don't like it
3. Planning weekly dinners in advance and shopping for them
