Not sure if I'll be able to run outside. It is wet and rainy out there and I can't afford to get sick with four kids and an absent hubby. I'll probably be forced to go to the gym today. That means I won't get a long run in. Maybe I can do it on Monday if I need to.

Learned a valuable lesson today. Don't let others make your plates. We went to a friends house for dinner tonight and she made everyone their plates. Thankfully, I had ate in accordance to a big dinner, but I don't think I'll let that happen again. I did really enjoy dinner though. I haven't had mexican in a really, really long time!
I did an 8.5 mile run today! Yippee for me. My time is in the coolrunning running log.
