A.M.
Didn't sleep much last night. Fell asleep sometimes after 2A.M. Stupid coffee. I had it at 5 P.M. though, it should not of bothered my sleep that significantly. However, I don't usually have caffeine in the evening anymore so I must of shocked the crap out of my body last night. Now I'm really tired.
Run completed. 4.2 miles in 40:03 (9:32/mile)

Very irritated with husband right now. Had some chocolate. Sucks.
