Okay chocolate is a trigger food and what I emotionally reach for when having issues. Hubby and I have been bickering and I haven't been sleeping well and eating a lot of chocolate. Need to conquer this. My friend from El Centro says I probably don't need to lose any more weight. She can't see me though and doesn't realize how much I gained when I quit smoking. Frustrating though. I know I'm not over weight, but I'm also not where I want to be either. Just need to keep chipping away at it! I need to keep a healthy out look with food.
