Yesterday was crazy. I filled out my application for the school district and completed my resume. Took forever and there wasn't much on it. Not too concerned. It's only for a substitute position. This is something I can begin to develop now.
My gross calories my seem a little high, but I'm figured with a 10 mile run, I'm probably going to burn around 800-1,000 calories. So 2,000 gross will put me somewhere between 1.000 amd 1.200 net. Love the calorie burn of running.

Missed my gross by 26 calories, I believe. Not bad. Went over on snacks though. Today turned out to be a big snacking day. Something to do with going to my mom and dad's house. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. I should be pretty darn busy. My legs are humming, knees aching, and foot hurts from the run today. I am hoping my foot feels better by Sunday. There is a 5K I would really like to run in, but not at the expense of my half-marathon. If foot doesn't feel like I can run on it w/o pain, I won't run. Need to figure out what I did to aggravate it today. Maybe I need a new pair of shoes.
