Beautiful day outside today with nice temperatures. Will be at the gym for my workout today. Foot is still messed up. Hopefully I will be running on Weds. Today is a tackle the house kind of day. I'm going to start from the top and work my way down. Finish the day up with laundry. Should be fun....

Crap! I did my A.M. blog and goals this morning on my mom and dad's computer, but apparently did not save them. Oh well. I got a Taebo workout in today, did okay on calories, and have done okay chocolate wise. Good day.

My foot is still hurting. I've surfing online, trying to get an idea of what I did to it. I really don't want to waste my time getting seen by the Dr. after my last experience. The lady had no clue what she was doing, I say that respectfully of course. Maybe I'd get ...

Day Off
I more or less have taken this day off. My right foot is still hurting and I spent my whole day at my parents house doing a garage sale. Made some money and cleared some stuff out of the storage shed! The money is much needed and the kids clothes sold today. One lady bought 28 articles of clothes. Yippee!

I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to run. I really, really want to, but I really, really, don't want to make my foot worse right now. I'll have to make a decision fir...

Yesterday was crazy. I filled out my application for the school district and completed my resume. Took forever and there wasn't much on it. Not too concerned. It's only for a substitute position. This is something I can begin to develop now.

My gross calories my seem a little high, but I'm figured with a 10 mile run, I'm probably going to burn around 800-1,000 calories. So 2,000 gro...
