Okay chocolate is a trigger food and what I emotionally reach for when having issues. Hubby and I have been bickering and I haven't been sleeping well and eating a lot of chocolate. Need to conquer this. My friend from El Centro says I probably don't need to lose any more weight. She can't see me though and doesn't realize how much I gained when I quit smoking....

I am so tired. I need sleep. A nap will have to be worked into the schedule somewhere. FSG meeting this morning. Nap will have to be this afternoon.

Didn't sleep much last night. Fell asleep sometimes after 2A.M. Stupid coffee. I had it at 5 P.M. though, it should not of bothered my sleep that significantly. However, I don't usually have caffeine in the evening anymore so I must of shocked the crap out of my body last night. Now I'm really tired.
Run completed. 4.2 miles in 40:03 (9:32/mile)

Today is Skye's b-day party. There will be cake and ice cream. I'm probably going to have to pass on these things. We're also having Papa Murphy's for dinner....so I need to allot myself one piece and a salad for dinner.

Not sure if I'll be able to run outside. It is wet and rainy out there and I can't afford to get sick with four kids and an absent hubby. I'll probably be forced to go to the gym today. That means I won't get a long run in. Maybe I can do it on Monday if I need to.
