Today is Skye's B-Day. I will be having a cupcake with her to celebrate. Then we will distribute the rest of the cupcake throughout the neighborhood kids! I'm also having Denny's for breakfast. Hopefully I will be able to keep myself under 1300 cals with these two things in my food plan today. We'll see...no exercise today. Long run tomorrow. Not feeling crabby this morning.

Today is FSG meeting, running errands and buying a new MP3 player. Mine died in my bra yesterday. They are not sweat proof unfortunately! Today's workout should be a Firm workout or maybe Cathe, we'll see. I need to get some weights in today if possible. My little one has a cough, we'll see how that impacts my day.

I'm going to try to run today, but boy am I crampy this morning. I think my period may be starting. I hate the fact that I'm never completely sure until after the first day because of my spotting issues.

A.M.
I am incredibly tired this morning. I didn't really sleep lastnight. I was emotional and just wanted a good cry, but didn't feel I could get one w/o freaking my hubby out. Especially since crying usually isn't my thing. TOM needs to come and go already. I want to enjoy my evening with hubby tonight. Plan is to get my run in while the kids and hubby are at work/school. Then it will be work on house and maybe a nap this afternoon.

I'm going to try to get a work out in at the hospital gym today. I'm hoping to walk the TM and then spend some time on the ECT. Low impact for my knees. I'm tempted to do step aerobics, but that's pretty rough on my knees too. I also have to make appropriate plans to do my running the morning. With hubby gone, I won't have weekends for my long runs, so I am going to have to adjust my schedule.
