A.M.
Today I begin the routine set up by freetrainers. We'll see how it goes. Hopefully this will only take an hour to complete with my cardio added to it. No volunteer activities and kids are staying home tonight...I can really focus on the house today and get things ready for hubby coming home soon.

P.M.
Good day today! Got a little nap in and waiting for cupcakes to come out of the over right now. Then frost and bed time for me! Tomorrow will probably be another busy day, but hey...makes time go by so much faster.
