A.M.
Chad is home! Yippee! I got to spend almost all of yesterday with him, but he's back to work now. :( Got approved to substitute for the school district, very excited about this. I haven't had a job since my youngest daughter was born and she's getting close to 6 now. I also asked to be considered for another position as well, hopefully I'll get it. The nice thing about not being a teacher and working for the school distrist...there are some small hour jobs that are perfect for me!

My foot is feeling better. it is still sore towards the end of the day, but not nearly as bad as it was on Friday. So I haven't been able to run in 10 days. I may try a little jog on the treadmill today to see how it feels. I'm doing some weights and the elliptical until I can use my foot for real! There is a 5 mile road run I got my eye on this month. I believe it is on the 20th or 21st. Hubby would be home for it, so I would really like to do one of these events while he is still here.

Tried to run a little. Felt it, that's for sure. I'm not at the running point yet, but getting closer every day. I did 15 mins. on the TM and then moved to the ECT because my foot was hurting. I hope I feel up to the 5 mile run in a couple of weeks. Good day food, exercise, and water wise! Tomorrow is volunteer day.
