A.M.
Gonna try to run today. I really need it and it should be nice enough to do it outside this morning! Woke up lastnight with night sweats. I was completely drenches and actually had to towel off in the middle of the night. I may have to see the doctor about this. It's the third time this has happened recently. It could be the medication I'm taking for my foot though.

Run done. 3.5 miles in 37:01 (10:34/mile) - Stupid foot. Icing it right now.
