I am a little sore today. I need to remember to not do body fusion on TKD days. How funny, my two youngest daughters are sitting on the couch reading books!! Maybe a trip to the library after the movies would be a good thing.

There are some seriously unhealthy attitudes on this website. Many simply scream "eating disorder". I'm all for eating healthier and exercise and losing weight, but not at the expense of true health and balance. If you are sick, recognize it and take a day off. We overslept today Kids and I did not get out of bed until after 9:30! Now it's time to do my workout and clean, clean, clean.

Eating at my parents house is hard. There are good choices for me here. I've already had half my calories for today and I havent even had lunch or dinner yet. Stupid cookie!

Well not a great eating day, but would of been okay w/o the cookie. No exercise today but it wasn't completely horrible.

It's just before 8 A.M. and my workout is done! It is going to be hot today. It is already 70 outside and it's still pretty early in the day. We're going to have dinner at my parents tonight and stay the night. It's cooler where they live....
