View XSMOKER's food & exercise for this day
I think I died last night. I was so tired when I went to bed. Today should be a relatively smooth day. I am blessed with an awesome friend who is helping me out while I work part time right now. It is really helping to make this underway time go so much faster. I think that is why I am doing better this underway than last.
Goals for today:
1. Step aerobics at some point
2. Dessert after dinner
3. Keep gross around 1500
