Goals for Today:
1. Stay away from chocolate
2. Keep gross around 1500
3. Step aerobics
I have a busy day. Volunteer, interview, sub, home, drop off kids, home, pick up kids, and then finally home for the rest of the evening. At some point during all of this, I need to get my workout in. Maybe this evening I can do Taebo or Step Aerobics. Both are good cardios. We'll see how I feel. Oh man, I'm having dinner at my parents tonight, okay so maybe no workout. We'll just have to see.
