It's time -
I've got to get things back in order. I've been so busy lately that I've been neglecting my eating and working out. So, we're going to start back out with baby steps.
1. Log everything

2. 30 mins. exercise

3. Keep net at or just below 1200

The only one who can hold me accountable is me!
Exercise for today was:
3.5 mile walk/jog in 37:56 (10:50/mile) - LIght rain
100 crunches
20 push-ups
