Hopefully I'll hear something about the position at the school today. Who knows, but I must be patient. Will get a step aerobic workout in today before I go sub, that way it will be done and over with.

My eating has gotten rough lately. I can't wait to go grocery shopping and get some fresh foods and veggies for meals and snacking.

Exercise done today:
Cathe Body Fusion - 50 mins, but recorded as 30. Cals seemed too high.
100 crunches

P.M.
Boy did I end up with the munchies this evening. I did well up to about 9 P.M. and then those saltine crackers just started calling my name. I was talking with Michelle and I think my problem is I'm tired. I'm noticing that I'm eating more when I'm tired. I need to find a way to combat this. I'll ponder it the next few days. Other than that...a decent day food wise.
