1. Not exercising like I could be
2. Not exercising food control in the best ways possible
3. Starting to struggle with old habits

What this means?
I need to get control over my food choices again and begin working out on a more regular basis. While I am not a courch potatoe, I am not as active as I have been. This means that I need to come up with a weekly workout plan that combines cardio/running with weights. I am also not going to be able to run much right now due to kids being out of school, but I can schedule 2-3 days/week. We'll see.

I need to focus on healthier food choice on a consistent basis. This will be easier to do since I will be spending a lot more time at home this summer. I can also quasi stock my parent fridge with items for when I am there. I want to be 135 when hubby gets back or as close to it as possible. This means all out war w/o deprivation.
