Okay, day one of getting back on track.

I did better today. I can live with it. Tomorrow will be day two. I want to see if I could lose 5lbs by July 4th (:hi:Angie). I actually got two work outs in today. Step aerobics and Tae Kwon Do. I am tired now though. Hopefully I'll get my butt up early enough to go running tomorrow morning. We'll just have to see what happens.
