Okay, work out is done for today already and it's only 7:30. Now I just got to get through the rest of the day without blowing it. We'll see. Gonna go hit the showers and weigh and measure. It's check-in day.

Afternoon - Ummmmm......can you say strawberry shortcakes. Gonna have to remember to not make those very often. I like the shortcakes too much. Hence I had 1 and then 3/4 of my daughters. But, log it I did!

Not a good eating day after all. Not too worried about it though. I got to have some wine coolers and play some games with friends. It's been a while since I had chips and salsa. And now onto losing the five pounds.
