Okay, I've pre logged my food for today. I'm going to work very hard to stay with what I have planned for today. There is a salad and some fruit in the mix. Now I just need to get busy with my day.

I love cantaloupe. Takes care of the sweet craving, is good for you, and low calorie. Need to buy two more of these tomorrow after church. We are going to Shari's for dinner, salad for me, and then home for a possible phone call from hubby! I am really feeling him being gone this time around and think that has been a part of my motivational problem recently. However the new 5lbs challenge has really got me refocused now.

Got the call from hubby. Yippee! Took the kids out to dinner tonight. I had soup and salad, no dessert. When I got home I had a Slim a Bear sandwich. It was hard though. ...I would of loved a slice of pie for dessert, but I stood fast. Basically today has been a really good eating day. I think the adult conversation with my neighbors really helped as well. (:hi: Donna & Michelle). It's nice to have other Navy wives to talk to.
