A.M.
Did not get up in time to do my work out before church. Not sure when I'm going to get it done. Today is supposed to be in the 90's and our housing does not have air conditioniong. maybe I'll be able to get something done this evening instead. We'll just have to see.

Wow, it's warm today. I took a little nap after church and am hoping it will cool down enough this evening for me to do my workout. I had a major chocolate craving at the commissary and bought M&Ms. Guess what I had a lunch?

8:51 The Firm Complete Body Sculpting Done!! I was actually shaky after this workout. It's been a while since I pushed myself with a Firm workout.

Okay, day went well. Had some bumps in the road, M&M's, but other than that....went well. Hopefully will be able to run tomorrow.
