Eating at my parents house is hard. There are good choices for me here. I've already had half my calories for today and I havent even had lunch or dinner yet. Stupid cookie!

P.M.
Well not a great eating day, but would of been okay w/o the cookie. No exercise today but it wasn't completely horrible.
