There are some seriously unhealthy attitudes on this website. Many simply scream "eating disorder". I'm all for eating healthier and exercise and losing weight, but not at the expense of true health and balance. If you are sick, recognize it and take a day off. If you have an eating disorder, get the help you truly need. Then again, to do that you would have to admit that you have a problem. Oh yeah, let's not forget the glorification of the physical appearance. Because that is the end all of success. Okay, vent now over.
