Did not get up in time to do my work out before church. Not sure when I'm going to get it done. Today is supposed to be in the 90's and our housing does not have air conditioniong. maybe I'll be able to get something done this evening instead. We'll just have to see.

Okay, I've pre logged my food for today. I'm going to work very hard to stay with what I have planned for today. There is a salad and some fruit in the mix. Now I just need to get busy with my day.

Okay, work out is done for today already and it's only 7:30. Now I just got to get through the rest of the day without blowing it. We'll see. Gonna go hit the showers and weigh and measure. It's check-in day.

Afternoon - Ummmmm......can you say strawberry shortcakes. Gonna have to remember to not make those very often. I like the shortcakes too much...

Okay, day one of getting back on track.

I did better today. I can live with it. Tomorrow will be day two. I want to see if I could lose 5lbs by July 4th (:hi:Angie). I actually got two work outs in today. Step aerobics and Tae Kwon Do. I am tired now though. Hopefully I'll get my butt up early enough to go running tomorrow morning. We'll just have to see what happens....
