Baby steps....
1. Log everything
2. 30 mins. exercise
3. Dessert after dinner

Lots of walking today, but at a very slow pace. I am chaperoning for my daughters kindgergarten class to the zoo. This should be fun and I'm taking my camera. At some point this evening I'll have to work my work out into the plan.
Baby Steps.....
1. Log everything
2. Exercise at some point, if possible today
3. Dessert after dinner

I'm up early to clean house for tonight. Need fo focus on my down stairs for now and then the bathrooms that get used. I work this afternoon and then schools out, so everything pretty much must get done this morning. Don't know if I'll get my work out in.
Back to the baby steps:
1. Log everything

2. 30 mins. exercise

3. Keep net at or just below 1200
The only one who can hold me accountable is me!

Hopefully I'll hear something about the position at the school today. Who knows, but I must be patient. Will get a step aerobic workout in today before I go sub, that way it will be done and over with.
My eating has gotten rough lately. I can't wait to go grocery shopping and get some fresh foods and vegg...

It's time -
I've got to get things back in order. I've been so busy lately that I've been neglecting my eating and working out. So, we're going to start back out with baby steps.
1. Log everything

2. 30 mins. exercise

3. Keep net at or just below 1200

3.5 mile walk/jog in 37:56 (10:50/mile) - LIght rain
100 crunches
20 push-ups...
