1. Stick with eating plan
2. Step aerobics
3. Dessert after dinner
The last full week of school for the kids. YIppee! I'm actually looking forward to school getting out. This will be a break for me as well. We will get to sleep in till 8 A.M. if we want. I am so thrilled. Just got to get through this week and three days of next week.
Goals for Today:
1. Stay away from chocolate
2. Keep gross around 1500
3. Step aerobics
I have a busy day. Volunteer, interview, sub, home, drop off kids, home, pick up kids, and then finally home for the rest of the evening. At some point during all of this, I need to get my workout in. Maybe this evening I can do Taebo or Step Aerobics. Both are good cardios. We'll see how I feel. Oh man, I'm having dinner at my parents tonight, okay so maybe no workout. We'll just have to...

I think I died last night. I was so tired when I went to bed. Today should be a relatively smooth day. I am blessed with an awesome friend who is helping me out while I work part time right now. It is really helping to make this underway time go so much faster. I think that is why I am doing better this underway than last.
Goals for today:
1. Step aerobics at some point
2. Dessert after dinner
3. Keep gross around 1500
Got my run in this morning. Now it's time to start getting ready to go to work. Then home before all the kids get home from school.

Okay, last night I officially started my period. I can deal with this, but it is a pain in the butt. I have to work today for a little bit and get some house work done. Step aerobics this evening for a workout.
