Hmmm....well I've been a little sidetracked lately. I'm going to switch my weigh-ins to Tuesdays. Things have been busy and I think we're done celebrating hubby being home. So It's time to settle back into my good habits and wean myself from the bed habits I've developed lately.
Goals for Today:
1. Stick with eating plan
2. Work out

3. Stay away from chocolate
Work out is done! Did Taebo. I have to go to HR tomorrow, so I don't want to be sore and it's been over a month since I've worked out. So I did something easy today!
