Today should be a little interesting. We don't celebrate Halloween, so we are taking the kids out for dinner and then going to a movie. I need to stay within my calories, so it will be a salad for me and no popcorn! We'll see how this goes, I love movie popcorn. I also have to get my homework done at some point during all of this. The hope is to do my workout as soon as I get home from work, step aerobics, and then shower and start homework. I'll have to finish the homework when we get hom...

Today

Today's goals...to stay away from sweets. I'm hoping the Slim Fast shakes will help take care of that sweet craving since they taste like an Orange Julius when I finish making them.

Today I am going to run when I get home from work. Kids will still be at school, hubby will still be at work, and I will have no excuse to not run/jog.

Tonight, I am going to bed at a decent hour. 10 P.M. at the latest, so I can feel awake when I get up in the morning and not start my day in a behing t...

Tomorrow

So today I am going to enjoy myself and tomorrow will be another day. I am going to have a few drinks with the hubby tonight and let tomorrow take care of itself.

I am find that my main weakness is sweets right now. For some reason, my sweet tooth has really been kicking into high gear. It seems that as soon as I see success, I want to indulge. I do believe I am suffering from self-sabotage. Tomorrow I will either run or do 1/2 hr of step aerobics. Time to start picking things up agai...

Ran with hubby today. What a treat, I'm so excited to get to run with him! We did 3.0 miles in 34:38 (11:32/mile).

Chad is home! :) I really think last night impacted my running. I can't wait to start working on some longer runs so my shorter runs will pick up speed. That is how it worked last time somehow.

Only ran 2.8 miles today. Tired and dehydrated! Tomorrow I think I will try some step aerobics or weights since it is a non-run day.
