Okay I need to get more active. Today I'm going to run/walk 3.5 miles. Run 5 minutes, walk 1. I'm hoping using this method with keep my knees happy more than anything else. I'm running a 5K on Thanksgiving Day and hopefully a half marathon in Feb./Mar. time frame. My ultimate goal would be to run a marathon in June. That would take some help from my parents so I can find the time to do the longer runs. We'll just have to be patient and see how it goes.

I took my measurements at my biggest areas, especially my lower tummy on my wait. I also kept the tape measure comfortable and did not pull it tight.
