Today's goals...to stay away from sweets. I'm hoping the Slim Fast shakes will help take care of that sweet craving since they taste like an Orange Julius when I finish making them.
Today I am going to run when I get home from work. Kids will still be at school, hubby will still be at work, and I will have no excuse to not run/jog.
Tonight, I am going to bed at a decent hour. 10 P.M. at the latest, so I can feel awake when I get up in the morning and not start my day in a behing the curve mode.
